When Does The Club Meet?

The club meets every Thursday evening from 6.30pm until 10.30pm
There are minimal occasions throughout the year that the venue is booked for large shows which means we are unable to have the room.
Usually we are informed of this in good time to allow us to let club members know, and this is verbal at a club night and also on our Facebook Group via an 'Important Notice' post.

How Much Does It Cost To Attend?

It is completely free to come along, say hi and check us out.

Your first 2 physical gaming nights at the club are also free. After that, we charge £4.50 (Associate Member) or £3.50 (Full Member) per night to attend.
Becoming a Full Member is done by paying an Annual Membership Fee, generally £12.00 in January of each year (less depending which month of the year you join fully).
This option is great if you think you'll be attending regularly and also gives other benefits as a Full Member.

How Do I Arrange A Game?

You can arrange a game verbally at a previous club night or by commenting on the weekly 'What's everyone playing this week?' post on our Facebook Group. This is posted Sunday evenings and it's where club members request opponents etc or that certain games are on such as a multiplayer game that you can drop in on. Simply answer with a comment.

How Do I get Involved If I'm New?

You can come to a club night and talk to a committee member explaining what games you play or would like to play. You'll then be directed to where you need to be.

Do I Need To Bring Anything?

If you don’t have your own army or faction yet don’t worry! Once you get in to a game, you'll find out what you need from other gamers. 
There is usually a multiplayer game each week that people can join where the GM (Game Master) has all you need available. 
For such as D&D, you will be provided with the basic gaming aids.
It is envisaged with all gaming that at some point you'll obtain what you need.

Is There An Age Limit?

The club has no age limit, however anyone under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Our attending age group is between 14 and 64 and we do have a few father/son members.

Can I Bring Drinks/Snacks In?

You may bring in drinks and snacks (no alcohol).
The venue does have a snack fridge with soft drinks/choc bars in the reception area as you come in on the ground floor.
